<h2><span style="color: #737373;">Il “cibo” per pelle e capelli</span></h2>
<p>Con l’estate va via anche la bellezza dei nostri capelli e della nostra pelle. L’alimentazione può aiutare soprattutto se scegliamo alimenti fonti di vitamina F (acido linoleico e acido alfa-linolenico).</p>
<p>La vitamina F è sensibile al calore e alla luce, gli alimenti che la contengono vanno dunque consumati preferibilmente freschi o comunque dopo breve cottura e a temperatura non molto elevata.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #737373;">Involtini di sgombro alla crema di noci<br /></span></h3>
<p>Oggi per voi abbiamo pensato a una ricetta a base di pesce azzurro, lo sgombro, e di noci alimenti economici e preziosi fonti di vitamina F.</p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><span style="color: #737373;">Ricetta</span></span></h3>
<p><strong>Ingredienti</strong> (2 persone)</p>
<ul>
<li>2 sgombri sfilettati (4 filetti) 250 g</li>
<li>6 gherigli di noci 20 g</li>
<li>1 cucchiaio di olio evo 20 g</li>
<li>2 pomodori Sammarzano 100 g</li>
<li>prezzemolo 10 g</li>
<li>pangrattato integrale 50 g</li>
<li>Semi di chia 20 g</li>
<li>Sale q.b.</li>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">Frullare i gherigli di noce con il prezzemolo, i pomodori privati della pelle e un po&#8217; di sale. Aggiungete 40 g di pangrattato e se l’impasto è troppo duro aggiungete poca acqua.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">Disponete i filetti di sgombro su un tagliere appoggiati dalla parte della pelle e distribuite su ciascun filetto la crema ottenuta in precedenza. Arrotolate i filetti e sistemateli in una teglia, l’uno accanto all’altro.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">Spolverizzate con il pangrattato restante e con i semi di chia, condite con l’olio e mettete in forno a 120° C per 20 minuti.</p></div>
