<p>Strawberry (Fragaria vesca) is a very common plant of the Rosaceae family, a fruit of Mediterranean culture. In addition to being particularly tasty and fragrant &#8211; hence the derivation of the Latin verb &#8220;fragrances&#8221; &#8211; it has interesting nutritional properties that make it a healthy and tasty food to be included in everyone&#8217;s diet.</p>
<p>Fruit * is a good source of potassium, manganese, folate, vegetable fibers, but <strong>what&#8217;s most important is vitamin C and antioxidants, including anthocyanins and elagitanin</strong>s.</p>
<p>All of these substances make strawberries <strong>prominent in the balanced diet and valuable allies of health</strong>, with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties confirmed by several studies (1).</p>
<p>Strawberries have a low glycemic impact, with their 3 g of carbohydrates available for 120 g. The characteristics of the present fibers make this fruit well digestible also by those who have problems with abdominal swelling and colitis.</p>

<p>Cut the strawberries into quartz and rhubarb in coarse pieces, put them in a bowl and add the liquid honey, a tablespoon of apple vinegar and a pinch of salt. <h1><span style="color: #737373;">Proprietà e virtù delle fragole<br />
</span></h1>
<p>La fragola (<em>Fragaria vesca</em>) è una pianta molto diffusa della famiglia delle Rosacee molto diffusa e rappresenta un tipico frutto della cultura mediterranea. Oltre ad essere particolarmente saporita e profumata – da qui la derivazione del verbo latino “fragrare” – possiede proprietà nutrizionali interessanti che la rendono un frutto sano e gustoso da includere nella dieta di tutti.</p>
<p>Il frutto* è una buona fonte di potassio, manganese, folati, fibre vegetali, ma ciò che lo caratterizza maggiormente è <strong>la ricchezza di vitamina C e di antiossidanti, tra cui gli antociani e gli elagitannini</strong>.</p>
<p>Tutte queste sostanze rendono <strong>le fragole protagoniste della dieta bilanciata e alleate preziose della salute, con proprietà antiossidanti e antinfiammatorie </strong>confermate da diversi studi (1).</p>
<p>Le fragole hanno un basso impatto glicemico, con i loro 3 g di carboidrati disponibili per 120 g. Le caratteristiche delle fibre presenti rendono questo frutto ben digeribile anche da chi ha problematiche di gonfiore addominale e di colite.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">*In realtà, si tratta di un falso frutto perché i frutti propriamente detti che sono i semini di cui è cosparsa la superficie.</span></p>

<p>Le fragole si possono consumare al naturale, mescolate con uno yogurt bianco, in una macedonia, frullate in uno smoothie fresco oppure in mezzo ad un’insalata verde.</p>

<li>2 tazze di fragole</li>
<li>2 tazze di gambi di rabarbaro</li>
<li>2 cucchiai di miele d’acacia</li>
<li>1 cucchiaio di aceto di mele</li>
<li>1 pizzico di sale</li>
</ul>

<p>Tagliare le fragole in quarti e il rabarbaro a pezzi grossolani, metterli in una ciotola e aggiungere del miele liquido, un cucchiaio di aceto di mele e un pizzico di sale.</p>
<p>Stendere il tutto sulla placca ricoperta da un foglio di carta forno e riporre nello scomparto centrale del forno preriscaldato a 180°. Cuocere per 30-40 minuti.</p>
<p>Si possono mangiare tal quali o utilizzare su yogurt o come ripieno per dolci.</p>
